Send a request to our support center so we can immediately resend your setup information. With out the Welcome E-mail most of the information may not make since or you may not be able to set it up without your usernames and passwords. The very first step in launching your domain into cyberspace is to change your domains current DNS (name servers) over to the ones received in your welcome e-mail.
After your DNS changes have been made please allow 24-48 for your DNS to propagate worldwide. During this initial 24-48 hours your site will be working one minute then be offline the next. If after two days your site is still not working contact us ASAP. You can still get to your site if you use the temporary URL supplied in your Welcome E-mail. Next - By default there is no e-mail address setup. The main username may look like it's a setup e-mail, but if you wish to use it you will need to add it as an e-mail account. Need help click here. How to upload to your web site:You can begin uploading to your site by using an FTP client or cPanel's File Manager. If you are using an FTP put in your sites IP address under the "host address" field. Once your FTP is connected go into the "public_html" folder and begin uploading to your site.
