Hosting and Server Availability
We design, implement and man our hosting systems with one objective foremost: to keep your site live, without any downtime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We're proud that we're able to offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee based on our actual track record.
Please be aware, though, that equipment malfunctions, periodic maintenance, repairs, or causes beyond our control (such as interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks or network congestion) can occur.
If we fail to maintain 99.9% availability of your site, please contact us and request a credit of 5% off that month's hosting fee. If your site is down greater than 1 hour we offer a 50% credit. We will apply your credit to the purchase of any of our products and services, including the following month’s fee. The only instances where we cannot offer you a credit are when interruptions are caused by scheduled maintenance; errors from your own custom scripting or coding; or outages that do not affect the appearance of your Web site but merely affect access to your site (such as FTP and e-mail).
